Microdosing on morphemes

I put pen to paper every single day. Writing is still my brain drain, my therapy, the way I explore who I am and who I am and want to be, but these days it’s very seldom that I have time to share the inner workings of my mind with the rest of the world. 

I have a new full time job working at one of the world’s largest brands in a new country, I’m running a start-up business that I couldn’t be more proud of and I still find time to scribble out my book which I’ll be publishing next year on what would have been The Idol’s 100th Birthday. I have a pretty decent digital social life with best friends dotted all over the place, I’m forging a new physical one in my new home city of Vejle and oh and I recently dropped the L bomb into the mix too. 

So, I’m going to try something new. While some people like to microdose on mushrooms and other psychedelics, or smoke weed every day, I’ve decided that I’m going to microdose on storytelling. And, as with everything in us and around us, this decision is not without intention.

Storytelling helps me to stay on track for “doing good stuff to be a better me”, it entertains those who like to frequent this digital space I call home and it will also be a testbed for micro content creation that I can slide over to Mindless Academy if it proves to be a success. Who knows, maybe we’ll branch out into writing therapy in the future.

What’s to follow I guess will be a mish mash of life lessons, adventures and the brain porn I’ve been steaming off for the past few months, yet haven’t had the time to write about. There will be no rhyme or reason. It’ll just be snippets of the weird and wonderful thoughts that circle my head. Starting off with my social media sabbatical that resulted from what felt like being cyber bullied by an angry mob of strangers.
